About
Caribbean Pete’s
Caribbean Pete’s didn’t begin with a business plan. It began with one bite of a chicken sandwich. That one bite led to coffee, big ideas, kids’ Zoom cooking lessons during Covid, a restored 1968 RV, a Greek restaurant, and eventually, a seasonal waterfront restaurant in Waretown, New Jersey. When we found our spot at Key Harbor Marina, we fell in love with the water views, the boats, the sunsets, and the relaxed marina energy. It felt like more than a restaurant location — it felt like a place where people could escape.
That feeling became Caribbean Pete’s.
Our food is built with layers: fresh ingredients, bold seasoning, and dishes designed to pop with flavor. My business partner knows flavor, and so do I. Together, we believe great food should be memorable from the first bite.
Caribbean Pete’s is our Key West-inspired waterfront escape — a place for marina views, island flavor, fresh seafood, live music, good company, and a little vacation feeling right here at the Jersey Shore.
Whether you arrive by car, by boat, with family, with friends, or for a sunset dinner, our goal is simple: to make you feel welcome, relaxed, and like you found someplace special.

Welcome to Caribbean Pete’s — waterfront dining, island flavor, and vacation energy at Key Harbor Marina.
What We Believe
At Caribbean Pete’s, we believe a great restaurant should feel like more than a meal. It should feel like a memory — the first bite, the view, the music, the laughter, and the feeling that you found someplace special.
We believe in fresh ingredients, bold island flavor, warm hospitality, and creating a waterfront escape where people can relax, connect, and feel like they are on vacation — even if only for a few hours.
